Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the garment and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and authentic tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
